Disable registration on 1.1.13?

I went to the highest security setting on 1.1.13 and although that seemed to have worked for a while, I am once again being overwhelmed with spam registrations.  Is there a way to disable registrations?

Admin -> Registration -> Settings
Method of registration employed for new members
Using the drop-down box, choose Registration Disabled.

no any forum can get attacks of spammers, you should check around the forum here and the mod site for anti-spam mods.
