Upgrade from 1.1.11 to 2.0 caused problems with posting

Hello fellas,

After upgrading my SMF from 1.1.11 to 2.0, there've appeared problems with posting (New topic / reply):

What can I do? :/ I checked the path of smileys, looks correct, I tried changing language from Polish to English and changing theme. Nothing worked...

Try making a large upgrade once again (make backup of forum before).

I've seen this problem before also and usually it comes up either as a host problem or improper ending of php files.
