Re-name home tab and adding a new one

Hello everyone...!

I would like to rename the home... Basically in my own language, SMF has translated the home tab with the corresponding italian name, which is not used and not consistent with a web page... Any idea on how to do that?

Moreover I would like to add a new tab on the menu I am using right now... If you can link me the way how to do it I'll try!

My apologies if these questions have been answered in the past... Unfortunately I tried to search but the tool provided on this web site seems not to work properly today.

If you have a hunt through the language files, you can find where the text for "Home" is and change it to whatever you like.

In index.english.php, there's this line:

Code Select Expand

$txt['home'] = 'Home';

Logically, there's a similar line in index.italian.php

If you have a search around the mod site, I'm certain that there's a mod for adding buttons, there.
