I question why someone other than the admin can not use HTML in your posts.

Example of inserting a youtube on this forum you must be a forum admin on 1.1.14

Is it possible to set up but this is where to let everyone?

In your admin panel, in the post settings, find Bulletin Board code, there should be an option to enable basic html code. However I checked that from a 2.0 board, it might be different for 1.1.14.

There're a lot of video embedding mods about though, which would be safer, and more secure than allowing HTML to be used by users.

if anyone can use html on the forum they can embed code that would allow them to hack others accounts and possibly the forum itself
