Oh, sorry, I was upgrading from 1.x to 2.0

And I had many mods installed.

Should I have uninstalled those mods?

It sounds like your forum does not have ALL the files in the large upgrade package uploaded.

Can you please try re-uploading them? Sometimes FTP clients may skip files they think the date is older, or simply drop them during transfer.
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.
