I read the FAQ and also searched the forum but didn't find anything on the subject. If i missed something, sorry for reposting.

Are there any known issues with themes integrity when upgrading from 1.1.x to 2.x? Is the migration "drop-in" or should I expect some degree of necessary fiddling?

Welcome to the madhouse! :)

v1 themes won't work with v2. No way. No how.

If you want to get them to, some of the simpler ones will work. But, "Fiddling" doesn't even begin to describe it. ;)

That means that I'll stay with 1.1.13 or 1.1.14 and leave this major transplant only for when 2.x matures, most likely after 2.2 or more  8)

2.2 might take a while though. (no, not 4 years, thank ya ;))
To-do lists are for deferral. The more things you write down the later they're done... until you have 100s of lists of things you don't do.
