Warning before viewing certain topics / forums

A mod that would make it possible to ad a warning after clicking the link to open a certain topic / forums like one on adult websites with custom text and ability to remember selection so you have to chose only once
I saw that someone few days ago made a nice hack that could be improved and made as a real mod... so if someone has time....
