Website problem. Might be a mod

My website was working fine until a few moments ago.  I was posting something and then it got the error below.

8: Undefined index: good_afternoon
File: /home/sgentry/public_html/Sources/Load.php
Line: 2259

The mod has been there for a long time, but it just started to mess up within the hour.
Does anybody have any idea how I can fix this?

To help get this solved quicker we need to know...

1) version of 1x

2) mods installed

3) what was the last admin manoeuvre you did - eg. install a mod, change a setting - before this occurred?

I have a mod that relates to the error shown installed.  It's a custom greeting mod.

The last thing I did was add a zip file that contains a map file for a game to the download sections.

As far as admin actions, that's the only one I can think of.

It happened just after I edited one of the posts to change the title.

I have no access to my site besides FTP.  Would somehow removing this mod help me?

Mind attaching public_html/Sources/Load.php to a reply here? I've not ever seen an undefined index stop a site from working like that. Usually it just writes to the error log.

I'm not sure it's a mod doing this.
It might be a hacker.  Because I haven't installed any mods since the extra captcha puzzle that I added last night.

Looks like from your footer image that you are running a theme other than Curve (which is fine). Parsing that mod, you need to make some edits to the index.template.php file for your theme:
Find:
<li class="greeting">', $txt['hello_member_ndt'], ' <span>', $context['user']['name'], '</span></li>
Replace with:
<li class="greeting">', $context['greeting'], '</span></li>
Not entirely sure that will match the formula for your site's theme, nor am I sure it will solve the issue you are experiencing, but it can't hurt.

I can't find either of those codes in the index.template.php file.
Do you see it?

I'm using the default theme.

Hmm...seems you have made the equivalent edits, like here starting on line 227:
if($context['user']['is_logged'])
echo '
<td class="titlebg2" height="32">
<span style="font-size: 130%;"> ',$context['greeting'],'</span>
</td>';
I'd normally say ask in the support topic for that mod, but last reply is from like 6 months ago.

I don't have access to my forum at all right now so I've already tried to un-install the mod by going over the manual install steps backwards.
When I did this, it got more than just a white screen, it actually went to some glitchy looking page with my header on it.  But then it said something about the MGallery mod.  And I don't want to mess anything up without knowing what I'm doing.
So I reverted the files back to the way they were before I tried to take the custom greeting mod out.

I'm not understanding why this is so difficult.  I think it may be a hacker.

Try uploading this one then.

Man, I really am sorry to be such a pain.

This is what I'm getting now.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function loadgreeting() in /home/sgentry/public_html/index.php on line 178

Do I need to do something to the index.php file?

mashby

Yeah, look for and remove this:
// Get a custom greeting depending on time
loadGreeting();

This looks like it's going in the same direction as it did when I did the manual install steps backwards.
Take a look at it now.

I'm seeing your site now. You might be getting errors in your error log though or possibly ones based on you being logged in. What I am seeing though is a lack of the SMF copyright in the footer. Might be related though to some of your site files. Hmm.

It should have the SMF copyright and the 2by2 host copyright at the bottom.

Are you saying that you can see everything, including the forum posts when you view the site?

I just checked it on Chrome and I did see the forum.  And there was no footer at the bottom anymore.
I also went to a topic and saw this instead of any posts:

8: Undefined index: mgal_total_items
File: /home/sgentry/public_html/Sources/Load.php
Line: 1132

Yeah, on this page:
http://cdeezgames.com/index.php?action=links
I see some stuff that ends with:
Powered by: SMF Links by CreateAForum.comI'm guessing there's some bad coding errors happening on your site when you are logged in.

I can't see any of that stuff anymore because I can't log out.
I'm stuck logged in on firefox and chrome.

Do you know what files on the forum are being affected?

I went on with Explorer and clicked on a username.
Below the login screen I see this:

<img id="button-CDG_Gallery" src="http://cdeezgames.com/Themes/default/images/button-CDG_Gallery.png" alt="8: Undefined index: CDG Gallery
File: /home/sgentry/public_html/Themes/default/Login.template.php (main_below sub template - eval?)
Line: 479

Do I maybe need to "un-bridge" my logins between the SMF and the Coppermine Photo Gallery?
