Extra Menu error

I'm using gulhin-antep theme that comes with 2 extra Links at the top, the forum was ok
for some time, but recently i found that the home page does not fully display, instead i
get an error message:

8: Undefined index:  extra_menu<br />File: /home/mysite/public_html/forum/Themes/gulhin-antep_theme/BoardIndex.template.php (main_above sub template - eval?

I did not install anything new or tamper with anything to have caused this.
What could have been the problem and the solution.

I am not asking this question in the theme section because the thread for this particular
theme is not live.

Any help? Thanks.

install http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2054 enable it, then post the new error messages without eval in them.

Thanks, but how do i log in to the admin or install the mod,
there is no menu on the forum to click.
