Messed up theme with mod install and also need resize banner

This was sent to the theme author by PM but to date no reply.

i have installed the clear sky theme on smf 2.0


i have a couple of problems i am hoping someone can help

as you can see from the main header, things have got a bit mixed up as a result of installing a modification called Menu Order

This was installed using RC4 emulation 

Is there an easy fix for this please?


I would also like to have a banner somewhat larger than the standard mylogo.png (321x76) and would like to use something in the range of 550x158 and left aligned to use the maximum area available.

if someone could please explain to me the edits necessary for this.


finally, the theme has 2 spelling edits
