Duplicate Forum

Hi,
Would it be possible to duplicate my forum..

Its a forum on the newcastle vipers who have recently dropped out of the league for a few years. The forum was there to discuss the club, i.e. roster, news and general chat.  Now they have went down, i would like to create another forum, but keeping the same members so that the new forum could be discussing the future and things like that.

Would that be possible?.
