quick reply in 2.0?

Just successfully converted my forum to 2.0 gold... does it have a built in quick reply feature or do I need to download a mod?  Suggestions on a mod if that is the case?

you can enable it in your profile and in admin -> current theme -> member options pick your theme and if for guests/new members or existing members then check/change use quick reply on topic display
