Upgrading SMF 1.1.12 to newest upgrade..?

I had SMF 1.1.11, then I upgraded to 1.1.12

Now I need to upgrade to 1.1.13 to get to 1.1.14

But It keeps giving me an error on this line prior to me saying install:
6.    Execute Modification    .Sources/QueryString.php    Test failed

Is it safe to install it with that error?

Or is there a way I can go from 1.1.12 to 1.1.14?
