please someone should help me out i want to update from my SMF 2.0 RC3 to SMF 2.0 RC5

Not sure why you wan't to upgrade to SMF 2.0 RC5?  SMF 2.0 is now out of the RC stage and is now a final release.  You'll need the large upgrade package from here, http://download.simplemachines.org/
