No previous experience; Need alot of help setting it all up from scratch.

So, I've never done anything like this before, but I want to start. I have read most of the guides but I still don't seem to understand it. I really need something to help me set up SMF from the very beginning and a 'Guide for noobs' explaining thoroughly what to do each step of the way. Also, I need suggestions on a free website hosting that I can host my forum on. So yeah, I need alot of help and It will be really appreciated. Thanks.

most free hosts will have limitations that will stop you from doing everything that you may want. you might want to look for a good paid host so you can do everything that you may want.
