Disabling Secret Question Access

How can i disable secret question access?
I dont want to have this feature at all. Because some of my members are just so stupid and set their secret question "THE COLOR OF THE SKY?"
Then their accounts get hacked and i lose a very active member who is coming to me and blaming me for not having enough security in my forum.

I want to disable the secret question feature. But i dont wanna do any manual edits. Is there a mod/feature/checkbox or something to take care of this?
