I really like the color pallet but for some reason the header color does not seem to fit in with the rest. Nice work though.

Because it's tableless layout, it's easy to fool around with the layout. Did the attached changes in less than 5 minutes. Not quite there, but it just shows the potential with .css3

I'm still not to sure about the dropmenu background. Should it be purple or Curve default... or something completely different.

For the dropdown I would consider using one of the other colors. Maybe the #DFEBE9 or the #E2E8F0. The current theme colors are fine but if you use too many colors it may seem too busy and take away from the actual, original concept.
