Cant access forum menu

Hello all, my forum is only showing about 1/4 page, i cant see the menu,
and consequently can't log in to do anything, i'm using a theme called
gulhin-antep_theme.

How do i solve this.

did you install a theme that is not for your version of smf? try index.php?theme=1 then go in the admin panel and reset the theme back to default and remove the new theme. if that does not work run What is repair_settings.php? and only use the part to reset the themes.

Thanks, im using version 1.1.13, the theme is meant for 1.1.9, 1.1.10, 1.1.12
