Database problem update 2.0 RC 4 patched > 2.0

Hi,

Yesterday i've done my update to SMF 2.0 Gold after moving on a new VPS.

How ?

1 - Install new fresh version of SMF 2.0 Gold on the new VPS.
2 - Backup my old SMF 2.0 RC 4 Patched with MySQLDumper (only tables contained on the SMF 2.0 Gold, i wan't to reset mods)
3 - Import the db on the fresh version.
4 - Changing some settings like absolute url etc..

All seems to work fine, but not really, when a member post a message, I've "Erreur de base de données. Merci de réessayer. Si l'erreur se reproduit, merci de signaler cette erreur à un administrateur."

But the message is posted ! When you go back to the post, the post is here..

Another bug, when I change settings on the admin panel, like Smiley Path, Cache level etc.. no change is saved..

I tryied to copy juste the upgrade.php and upgrade_2-0_mysql.sql, and after disabling javascript and running upgrade.php, nothing is solved ! The upgrade.php writes that all is ok.. :/

Solved after running repair_tools.php.
