Cannot access Packages

Hi You all

I just tried to access my packages to install a Mod and Im just getting A blank page
http://www.gotchaserved.com/index.php?action=admin;area=packages
If anyone has any idea, please let me know why this could be happening

Tested in explorer and Mozilla.

I'm not a coder but could help if I do some ground work...

Is there anything in your error log which appears after to try to access the Packages area?

Sounds like a path problem but I'm wondering if it could be theme related. Did you install the custom theme before installing any previous packages?

Hi There,
I checked the log and there was no error, However, I did Have Hostgator move all my stuff and then had the install. I had a SMF Hero Do it , so it was done very professional .
I Have no problems reaching my packages, But , Hostgator has been a Big mistake . They have messed Up a lot of stuff and they have been responsible for Lots of problems include Mail Bounce backs.
That could Be the  Issue. Do you have a Place I  can Look to see if The Path is Correct. Im Not even sure What path is should have. I Sure Do Appreciate Your Response.

Meanwhile, recommend run full maintenance on your forum plus empty the forum cache.

I still cannot find Out why I Cannot access Packages.
The Page Is Plain Gone, I Dont Get an error. I get a white page.
Can I Put Pages Into my system another Way?

unless we can confirm this happens for others it will not be moved to bug reports. many people use 2.0 and can use their package manager just fine. can you check your server logs for any related errors?

Thanks for The response, I Didn't Know I even Had error Logs, I recreated The  Error or The Lack Of The Page , This is The error I Found

I am seeing This Error but how would I investigate how to Fix It

looks like the server is not seeing the file for some reason, [which is more then one actual file]. in the admin panel can you verify the version of all your files and take a screenshot of that page and attach it to your next post?

each name on the left side there is a link, please expand each one as i requested and take another screenshot, i would also recommend you to upgrade to 2.0. which may also fix your issue.
