How to transfer only few DB tables but not the entire DB

I need to transfer my Simple Portal backup to smf db. But i dont want to put the entire sql backup file.

One DB has the backup which i can see my Simple Portal tables. The other DB has the smf forum. Now i need to get only the SP table and transfer/add them to forum db.

How can i do that?
