Just upgraded a 1.1.11 forum to 2.0.  Install ran fine - no errors.  Cannot access forum - getting "The service is unavailable." message from GoDaddy.  Have a support ticket in, but don't expect a response until tomorrow.  Any ideas?

Update:  Spent an hour on the phone with GoDaddy support, and they're telling me the problem is in Settings.php, the forum is not linking to the database.  The database info is identical to the original 1.1.11 Settings.php.

I changed $maintenance = 1 to $maintenance = 0, and now I'm getting "Unable to load the 'main_above' template" error.  Tried linking to /index.php?theme=1 - same error.

Is there any way to reverse the upgrade?

Reversing the upgrade is not possible.
You can put back the backup you made before starting the upgrade.

Please, don't PM me for support unless invited.
If you don't understand this, you will be blacklisted.

can you verify that the default theme got replaced and upgraded to the curve theme? can you try running repair_settings and reset the theme to default?

Sir Osis of Liver

Yes, the default theme was upgraded.  main_above is in the .11 index.template - should be html_above in 2.0.  The forum was in 1.1.11 Reference theme when I did the upgrade - had intended to uninstall the theme first, but got mired in GoDaddy trying to backup the db, and didn't remember to do it.

The db info in 2.0 Settings.php is identical to the old Settings.php.

Where is repair_settings?

Thanks, Illori!

Forum's up.  Queryless URLs had no value.  Set it to 'Off' and forum works.  Don't see it in Settings.php.  Any idea what caused the problem?

Illori

no idea what would cause that.

Sir Osis of Liver

There is no Queryless URLs setting in Settings.php.  Any idea where it is?
