exta title bar for register page

on registration i am asking user too many questions for some reasons
i want to separate in sections adding title bar
like    ^{<h4 class="titlebg">', $txt['additional_information'], '</h4>}
and after some custom fields want to use again
^{<h4 class="titlebg">', $txt['More_information'], '</h4>}

any help ?
