"Redirected Boards in a new Tab" mod support

Sorry if this is in the wrong section(i think it belongs in a mod support board, but i couldn't find such a board) but, i installed this mod and its really nice except that the redirection only applies if your within the board containing the child board. the redirection in a new window doesn't work when you click the child boards from the "index.php?action=forum"  If this doesn't make sense i can explain more or paste screenshots.
