Some links in the admin/Configuration area not working

I really don´t understand almost nothing about SMF so i ask a developer to fix some bugs in my forum, like some error logs, and some bugs in the template. The problem is that i lost contact with that developer and now some links in the admin/Configuration stop working, and was working before... Can someone help me?

If i knew what files he changed probably i just solved the problem overwriting the files but i don´t know what he changed...

Can someone please help me?

which links stopped working? anything in your error log related to this?

For example the link "Current Theme" stop working... Almost all the links in the menu "Configuration" stop working including links of some plugins.

I think i don´t have anything in my error log related to this...

When i click in the link i saw in the top of the browser the message "nothing found for..." and them i´m redirected to my blog...

where [url please] is your blog and where is your forum installed? sounds like some files are conflicting.

you have pretty urls or similar SEO mod installed? try uninstalling the mod.

Yes i have pretty urls but the menu was working before...

I disable the pretty urls but i still had the same problem...

I have more plugins but i think the problem is not that since the menu was working before and i don´t install anything...

I removed almost all my plugins, and i overwrite the forum files and i still can not enter for example in the "Themes and Layout" menu i always get the "nothing found" error...

How is this possible? Is possible that the .htaccess is causing this?

sounds like one or more of your mods are causing issues, but lets solve your other issue first and get your server config correct then come back to this as they could be related.
