Need help with site building

Hello everyone.  This is my site  http://www.blackwateratv.com/
I am running SMF 1.1.14 and simpleportal 2.3.3

What I am needing help with is:
1st, if you look at my page you will notice a P splash in the top right corner.  I know this is from the designer of the theme, however, I would like to remove and have just my site name there.  Anyone know how?  Please explain in the simpliest form as I am brand new to website design.

2nd, On my home page, I would like to place a picture (logo) in the dead center of the page, but have no clue how to do that.  All I can find are the locations to add blocks which I do not want.  Anyone know how to do this?  Again dumb it down for me.

3rd, how do I add an arcade?

4th How do I add a gallery page?

Last, I can not find a package to add a facebook button so I can add my facebook page... Any help?

2/ If you want it under the "Welcome to Blackwater ATV!"
- Then add a html/bbc block and post a image/logo in it

3/ Search - Package Manager

1/ Delete the file

if you delete that file you may get errors in your error log, if you can find where it is called in the code, either in index.template.php or the css file remove it from there and you will be sure to get no errors.

delete lines
- background
- height
- width
