How to link Calender of Events to Calender on forums

Okay, as you see on the homepage(Right side) it shows "Calender of Events"

Now on forums, we have the Events Calender from SMF's feature:



How can we connect the Calender of Events from the Homepage to the forums so we don't have to keep manually updating it ourselves? So when we add a event and link it to the calender on forums, it will automatically go on the Homepage?
