Odd package manager error

I had this weird error using the package manager-
I recently upgraded to 2.0rc5 added some mods- aeva media, ad managmt, tiny portal,and a few more.
Then when 2 final was released, I started uninstalling the mods, then applied the update, and then started readding them. I started w/Ad mgmt then I started noticed I was getting install errors so when I click on the errors to maybe manually fix- I was getting the instructions for only the ad mgmt. So I still went ahead and installed and it actually installed the ad mgmt again (since I was now seeing 2 ads on top of one another)-

So then uninstalled everything again and uploaded the full update files. Went back and STILL was having this issue. Even deleted everything off of pacman AND on the server. I have SMF on many sites and have installed MANY mods on them and this is the first time I ever seen this. Is there something in the dbase- or maybe settings(since I never replaced that one)

I would recommend another try at this,

1. Delete all the SMF related files and directories
- Do make a backup before proceeding
- Do not delete settings.php and folders like avatar,smiles,attachment

2. Download and then Upload 2.0 Large Upgrade package

3. Run Upgrade.php
