Attachment bigger than 192kb fails.

Hi,

I could not able to attach the files bigger than 192Kb, and maximum individual size 128KB
. Any one can help me how to increase it. The average size of the file which i wants to upload is 8Mb.

there is an option in the admincenter to set max file sizes.
