Remove "shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview"

How do I remove the text above the submit and review buttons that says "shortcuts: hit alt+s to submit/post or alt+p to preview"
Here is a picture of what I want to remove (SMF 1.1.10)
