change registration fields

Hi.
I have just installed SMF 2.0 and I want to make some changes in smf registration page. I want to write "At least 6 characters" under the "Username:" text and write "Not started with www" under the "Email:" text.
Where should I change in codes?

You can edit that in Register.template.php.  Just find the input fields and add the text below them.
