Installed mod management - Can't add Loadadds.php

Everything else has been uploaded and all the code has been added to the Forum.  When I upload the loadads.php into my sources folder, I get the following error:

Table 'smp_2o21bi7g6j.smf_ads' doesn't exist
File: /hermes/bosweb/web283/b2838/ipg.malo11/Talk/Sources/LoadAds.php

You have to run the install.php file as well in the root of your forum if you installed the mod manually
