Log in BUG?

Im using SMF 1.1.14 with TP module and Black rain theme.

I dont know what's causing some prob when we log in.

Usually after log in instead of getting directed to the forum boards, we see some random avatars of some members.

Is this a bug? anyone experience this?

here what the address bar links to after we log in. But on the sencond and 3rd try..we can log in succesfully.
