Best Anti-Spam Mod

Hey friends which is the best anti-spam mod for smf version 1.1.14?

I have seen the mod directory mostly arent updated after 2009 or 2010.I was in discussion with someone regarding the spam problem dont know who and why deleted that topic,I was surprised to see that

Top of screen here click Customize then modifications and enter 'verification questions' into search field.

Alternatively, enter the word 'spam' and the list of mods will appear.

Whoops sorry!  I was just trying to help. 
It took me ages to find the MOD first time I used it so attaching it was easier.
I wont do it again!
