Make all of a Groups post moderated?

Is there a way to make all posts by a group be moderated for approval?  I had a new user just flood my sight with PORN ads.  Would be great that a user had to post at least 10 messages that are approved by me before they are not moderated.

1.1.1* does not include any function for post moderation by default, 2.0 does by default though.

Unfortunatly my host provider is not offering 2.0 as of now.

they dont need to, you can upgrade as you wish, your host does not provide support for the code you use anyway. Upgrading SMF
