Go Up Go Down - Link

I noticed on here that there is a go up and go down link.

is ther a MOD of this feature anywhere?

did you check the mod site?

I did a search and found the INSTRUCTIONS for thre "Mod" were:
Admin > Configuration > Features and Options > Layout and Options

I then found that this was installed in my 1.1.14 version anyway.
