I see in my forum error report and found this error:

it just means someone attempted to go to that page, does not mean they could actually reach it or actually be able to do anything with that page.

I see similar log entries sometimes. Getting the entry in the error log actually shows there is no security problem. The perpetrator will only see:

You get the entry in the log, showing what they attempted to do (and did not succeed).
