Adding links in a visible place to your forum header

Hi, I am wanting to add a few links back to my home page and blog from my forum home page. Is this possible for someone who is not a great programmer?

http://aspergersgirl.com/index.php is my forum, and I am wanting to add the links along the top somewhere.

You can add menu buttons to the forum menubar.  Haven't worked in that theme, but should be in your index.template.php.  Attach the template and we'll have a look.
