Table layout issue in Admin mode only

Hi there,
I'm having this center table issue (see the attachment image) where the center table drops to the bottom of the screen (I assume it aligns with the left admin menu bar), which only shows when logged in as admin and even then only when clicking on the admin menu item - all other modes are fine in admin, user & guest mode.

I know it's related to the theme, as I have installed another theme and the issue does not show there.

Can anyone point me in a direction of where to tackle this? I don't even know where to look first.....
