okk but i cant uderstand where are packages located and how to install packages

Just download the mod you want to use, then you go too Admin --> Packages from there you upload the mod and follow the instructions given

You can find all the mods here:  http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/

Just download the ones you want to your desktop (make sure they are compatible with your version).  Then, go to Admin --> Package Manager --> Download Packages.  At the bottom of the screen, you will see Upload a Package.  Click on browse and find the mod you downloaded on your computer and click upload.  Once you have it uploaded, you will just click [Install Mod].  It will run a bunch of tests to make sure the mod will be installed successfully.  If they are successful, click on "Install Now" at the bottom of the screen. 

That's it...very easy process.
