do you have ftp access to your hosting? if so upload the file to the same folder that has the rest of your files in.

nope normale wise you will use an FTP program (FileZilla) to transfer your files from local to server, in your case you have installed by autotron or similair webinstaller which is build in CPanel... contact smfnew or go to a normal hosting provider look into the Hosts, Hosting and Commercial Services boards

but i payed for prohosting look it says file zilla

use contact button on there site or E-mail them if ya have their email coz i cant find it in a whois register coz its protected by WhoisGuard Protected
