Error Need Help

This is what I got this morning?  I have searched through the support posts, but I need some advice.
What should I do to repair this?

Table 'm' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

in phpmyadmin you can run a repair on the table, your hosting control panel may offer such as well. or you can ask your host to do it for you.
