Theme Error

I made custom theme when I activate got below error.



Can anyone let me know  that what could be the cause of this error?

index.template.php is enclosed.

Problem is solved by another way.

After testing the theme on localhost I made zip by using WinZip

and when I upload the theme everytime same error occurred.

This time I compressed theme files by using windows default "Compressed" Zip.

and now theme is uploaded and working fine without any error. I didn't change in any file.
