How can I change to colour of the catagory strips in default core?

Hi I have ammended some colours in the Style CSS file but having tried them all I cannot seem to find the one for the catagory headings.
(the sort of dark green one)

Is this in another file somewhere?

I use 1.1.14

The .1x  category background is /images/catbg2.jpg.  Should be light blue in default theme.

Yes that is the colour I want to change.  More of a dark green to me. 

The colour I want is

91  A7  F2     or if you prefer   R 145  G 167  B 242   

How do I change the colour?

That's odd - yesterday I was seeing catbg2.jpg on my .13 default, today I'm seeing catbg.jpg.  Where is catbg2 used?

Thanks everyone I have managed to do it.
here's how for others:

Find the file in "images"  using your ftp programme.  I like FTP surfer.
Then double click on the file to open it in windows picture and fax viewer, then right click, choose edit.

You can then edit it using  Paint  and then save.
Then you will be asked of you want to transfer the new file to the server click OK and hey presto "jobs a goodun!"


By the way that bug moving around in the avatar area gives me the heebiegeebies!
