what package does I need to use for the update?

Large Upgrade SMF 2.0 Package ... Some of your mods will work such as Simple Portal 2.3.3 .... but i would take the time to search through the mod site to get the most upgraded mod ...... but making a complete backup of your site ( as it is now ) and your db would be a wise choice just in case.

I personally uninstall all mods and themes b4 i do any upgrades.
