Wrong value type sent to the database. Integer expected. (log_time)

Error occur after upgrading from  1.1.14 to 2.0
What i did is:
1st i tried  using the webinstall, can't proceed because some errors(path and ftp login)
So i uploaded the 2.0 upgrade to my ftp, upgrade installation proceeded.
Error appear after the installation,

"Wrong value type sent to the database. Integer expected. (log_time)"

I already did a database repair, etc...but still no luck.

My other forum successfully upgraded using same procedure...

Have you tried uploading another large upgrade package and run it again?

Yes I am using the large upgrade files and i run them for 3x but still same error...

No...I'm saying upload a new set of Large Upgrade files and run upgrade.php again.

I did what you say but still the same error i got.

i tried using other server (in which I upgrade my other forum from 1.1.14 to 2.0 successfully using same procedure).
but still same error...
