No links in post

Hello,
Is there any method that the members can't post any links. MODS are avaliable, but we have to do manually by add the site. Members have to post the links before than only i can block that links.

there is no function by default to disable all links unless you want to disable the url bbc code tag.

admin -> posts and topics -> bulletin board code uncheck url and iurl also uncheck automatically link posted urls
