Had a go at changing text but can't do it!

Hey there!
I looked in index.css and changed everything that said 'orange' to another color to see if i could change it but it didn't work!
I then tried hex codes and things but i still can't find where to change the orange text in my forum!

It's the orange that acts as the headers in the blocks.

Any help if appreciated . Thank-you.

Thankyou for the reply . I couldnt find that in the code however with the help of searching for 'h4.titlebg' i managed to find something that changed it.
