Restricted Administer Forum permission

I have searched for an answer but no luck. I have recently had an issue with a forum where we had problems and it was needed to place it into Maintenance Mode. However I was not contactable and could not do it.  The forum is a commercial project owned by me with paying members and I have a number of Global Moderators however I don't want to give them full administration roles on the forum. What I would like to know is there a way of only giving them restricted access to place the forum into maintenance mode and nothing else. Sort of like a Admin Restricted role

i dont think there is a permission to give access to the maintenance mode switch. but you could request a mod to do this. Mod Requests
