Hullo, having some problems which I've only just recently noticed.

The Mambo-SMF bridge has been working wonderfully for most of my site members, but recently, when I tried to make someone a publisher on Mambo, I've noticed that her account doesn't exist on Mambo, but only on SMF.  She signed up some time ago.

So I went to check who's in which system, and some of my visitors are in SMF only, some of them in both.  There's no pattern to it, i.e. not all users after a certain date are only in one system, it seems almost random.

I asked her to log out of her account, and make sure she was logged out of SMF and Mambo, and to login via the bridge, to see if the account would be reflected in the Mambo userlist, but it still isn't.

Any ideas as to how I can rectify this problem? Not just for her account but all the other accounts as well?  Thanks : )
